A multidisciplinary team; that is how CDI Comunicação Corporativa's current team can be defined.
They are journalists, economists and public relations, marketing and business administration professionals who have operated in the most varied of ways in the market. This is a team that is a mixture of experienced professionals and the modernity of young talent, and is this which leads to different views and special solutions, adapted to suit the new demands of the 21st century.

Board Members

  • Antonio Salvador Silva

    President
    With a degree in journalism he was a reporter, chief reporter and editor of the country’s major media publications, including Folha de S.Paulo, O Estado de S. Paulo, Jornal da Tarde, Jornal do Brasil and Diário do Comércio e Indústria newspapers; Veja, Exame and Visão magazines; and the following TV and radio stations: Globo, Bandeirantes, Record and Jovem Pan. In the corporate communications area he has served as Communications Director for the Victor Malzoni Group (Sears, Ultralar, Drogasil, Bobs) and Vendex, in the Netherlands. He founded CDI in 1990.
  • Soraia Pee Silveira Brito

    Vice President
    A Business Administrator who specialized in Business Management at Getúlio Vargas Foundation, she has 15 years experience in corporate communications agencies and was the Operational Manager at Editora Abril, the biggest publishing company in Brazil. She has also worked in companies such as Jornal do Brasil, Pão de Açúcar Group and Danone.
  • Fabiana Coelho

    Executive Director - Marketing and New Business
    With a degree in journalism and more than 20 years experience in Communication and Marketing, she has worked as a reporter, writer and anchor in television (including the CBS Portuguese-language cable TV in Miami), on newspapers and magazines and in political marketing. She developed a solid corporate career in the major Latin American countries, the Caribbean and Mexico. She has wide experience in executive training and crisis management. She has held leadership positions in companies such as Nortel, Votorantim Cimentos and La Pastina/World Wine.
  • Henrique Carvalho

    Executive Director - Marketing and Digital
    He has a degree in Marketing and a post-graduate degree in Public Relations from New York University (NYU). He has been with CDI for nine years and during this time has been an account executive for companies like American Express, BenQ Corporation, Johnson & Johnson and Siemens, where he had the opportunity of working closely with the press and in crisis management. He is currently working in the Marketing and New Business Department, where he is responsible for the CDI Sports and CDI Digital divisions and for the Sponsorship area.
  • Anaísa Silva

    Client Services Director
    A journalist, with a post-graduate degree in Public Relations and Corporate Communication from the Cásper Líbero Foundation, she also has an extra-curricular university course in Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation. She has been working for CDI Comunicação Corporativa for more than 10 years and has been responsible for client service in the areas of health, industry, science, technology and agriculture, including introducing the concept of biotechnology to Brazil. She has also been involved with other important work, such as communications and public relations for a mining operation in Juruti (PA) western Pará, where she was based in 2005. From 1992 to 1998 she worked in the São Paulo Office of Correio Braziliense, covering Politics, including presidential elections, Brazil, Economics, Culture and Sport. She was also coordinator of Reporting for the same newspaper.
  • Cláudia Santos

    Client Services Director
    A journalist with a degree from FIAM, she has worked in the communications market for 21 years, as a producer with TV Record, a reporter and editor with the newspaper, Diário Popular (today Diário de S.Paulo) and a reporter and freelance writer for IstoéGente magazine. She has also reported for and edited in-house publications for companies such as Pompéia Veículos and Monsanto. She worked with newsletters and as a press and public relations officer for companies, such as Gradiente / Nintendo, Monsanto (institutional and Monsoy soybean and Agroceres, Dekalb and Agroeste corn and sorghum brands). She also worked with companies purchased by Monsanto, such as CanaVialis, Alelyx, MDM, and others. She has 10-years experience in crisis management, mainly for NutraSweet – use of aspartame -, and Monsanto, with the introduction of transgenic crops to Brazil. She has also organized and taken part in various media training courses, as well as press trips with journalists both inside Brazil and abroad.
  • Diva Gonçalves

    Diretora de Atendimento
    A journalist with a degree from Fundação Cásper Líbero, has worked with Corporate Comunication for more than 20 years. In the last 11 year, Diva worked for In Press Porter Novelli, managing accounts from information tecnology and telecomunications segments. She has large experience with account management for multinational companies, such as IBM, Qualcomm, salesforce.com, Nortel, Penske Logistics and Cisco.
    Diva is back to CDI Comunicação Corporativa since then, leading a client service group and working with client prospection, strategic planning, businessmen trainning and crisis management.
  • Daniel Miura

    Diretora de Atendimento
    Jornalista com especialização em construção de estratégias para web, além de ter sido repórter em publicações do Grupo Estado, atua há 13 anos no mercado da comunicação corporativa. Foi o responsável pela coordenação e atendimento de contas do setor de varejo, financeiro, TI, internet e químico, com destaques para Unibanco, Grupo Buscapé, Sherwin-Williams, Casas Bahia, Nintendo e Rohm and Haas. Há três anos trabalha no desenvolvimento de projetos para internet e mídias sociais para clientes do porte de Unilever, Embratur, PSDB (partido), Aché Laboratórios, Monsanto e Hyundai. Palestrante em eventos da área de comunicação e marketing digital. Também atuou como professor convidado de cursos de MBA, lecionando as matérias construção de estratégias digitais e relacionamento digital entre marcas e consumidor.
